Every order starts with your choice of our daily inspired soup or salad.

BEEF

We use 100% Black Angus Beef, raised locally and grain fed. Hung for 35 days then dry aged for another 35. Cut to order and grilled to Chef Huska's preference. 

 
8 OZ BEEF TENDERLOIN
 
No need for a steak knife here folks! Given the Kergano's treatment, with our house made java rub and smothered in our very own bitchin' bbq sauce.

CHICKEN A LA AWESOME

Saskatchewan raised and healthy breast of chicken, grilled to juicy greatness. Stuffed with spinach, feta cheese and dried cranberries. Topped with a rich cream sauce and toasted almonds. Served with 7-grain rice blend & roasted root vegetables.



LAMB SHANK

Local lamb, slow and steady roasted in a red wine reduction, with rosemary and an array of fresh herbs. Melt in your mouth good. Served with basmati rice & roasted root vegetables.



RACK O' LAMB

Local lamb, rubbed with love to perfection with star anise and fennel. Topped with  german grainy mustard crust. An absolute must try at Kergano's! Served with 7-grain rice blend and roasted root vegetables. 



THEE (COMMA) SMOKED RIBS

Kergano's famous, pork side ribs. In house smoked with red willow and smothered in our very own bitchin' bbq sauce. Fall off the bone, sooo tender, sooo good. Served with 7-grain rice blend and roasted root vegetables.



ROASTED EGGPLANT PARMASEN

For the vegetable lover. Marinated eggplant encrusted in panko and smothered in a rich roasted tomato and fresh basil sauce. Ooozing with fresh mozza. Served with our chilled quinoa salad.



UNDER DA' SEA

Catch of the day. Ask your server about todays selection, which John personally pulls out of the seven seas! Served with basmati rice and roasted root vegetables.



1546 VENICE

This is four real, a pasta masterpiece that changes daily. Always made with Kergano's signature ingredient, love. Ask your server about our pasta of the day. Served with fresh baked, rosemary and cracked sea salt focaccia.

HOUSE SALAD

Wicked! Crisp lettuce, toasted almonds, fresh fruit and veggies with our home-made poppyseed vinaigrette dressing.



SPINACH SALAD

The traditional spinach, with egg, in-house smoked bacon, red onion and fresh strawberry. With our home-made poppyseed vinaigrette dressing.



ROMAN SALAD

This caesar is for lovers of garlic only. Fresh cut romaine lettuce, aged parmesan and fresh baked and seasoned croutons. Topped with our creamy roasted garlic, zesty dressing.

All meals are served with your choice of one of our fabulous salads, daily inspired soup or home-cut fries

VEG GROOVWICH

Marinated vegetables, roasted vegetables & fresh vaw veggies. The ultimate vegetarian sangy, served on our fresh baked rosemary & cracked sea salt foccaccia.



PECAN SAM

Pecan & panko encrusted, marinated chicken breast baked to perfection. Topped with a mouth watering cherry salsa. This yummy in your tummy is complimented with our fresh, house made, whole wheat bun.



JALAPEA, NO! BURGER

Kergano's hand-pressed 8 oz local beef patty, grilled to juicy perfection. Topped with crispy jalapeño chips, oozing with our roasted garlic creamy cheesy sauce.



GCS

Succulent marinated grilled breast of chicken sangy. Like a summer stroll through a warm prairie field, smothered in house made basil pesto with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers & spinach. De-licious!



BRISKET (THE RIGHT WAY)

Brined, rubbed & smoked in-house. Served on a cloud of fresh baked, rosemary & cracked sea salt foccaccia. Loaded with red onion, crisp lettuce & thick german grainy mustard. Oh-ya baby!



THEE (COMMA) PULLED PORK

It melts in your mouth AND in your hands. Smoked for 10 hours in-house, oozin' with our very own bit chin' bbq sauce. Loaded with fresh coleslaw and pressed between our fresh baked, whole wheat bun.



LOCO ONO, FISH TACOS

Fresh, local, Diefenbaker lake Pickerel, encrusted with panko.  Loaded with fresh made, black bean and corn salsa, crisp lettuce, chipotle mayo & a fresh wedge of lime…which you MUST squeeze.



BETTER THAN A BIG MAC

World's best veggie burger. Made from scratch with secret ingredients.



SUMMER LOVIN' SALAD

A refreshing mix of greens with cranberries, crisp apples and pecans which are toasted with brown sugar & cinnamon. Topped off with artichoke hearts & the freshest of fresh, house grown tomatoes.
